Two new Haitian injection machines was added on 26. June on Hoshi Tool’s molding dept.. Till now, Hoshi owns 4 injection machines(120T, 200T, 200T and 470T 2K injection machine)to meet mold trials and customer’s small batch production needs.
Hoshi always insist on healthy step by step development, and made a plan to update and add new machines in EDM, Slow Wire cutting dept. in two years. The aim is to let our customer enjoy the benefit of company’s healthy development.
As a result of the two new injection machines added, customer could enjoy benefits as beow:
1. Molding tryout for mold size less than 1000mm can be done, with 2K capability mold trial in-house.
2. Competitive price could be given for no outside mold trial process.
3. Lead time control and fast molding tryout arrangement could be guaranteed because of in-house operation.
