Mold Design Control
- Sufficient analysis on part appearance, dimension tolerance, and plastic specifications to find the optimized mold design solution.
- Provide mold flow analysis on part deformation, shrinkage, air trap ect., combine part structure and dimension requirements, to provide the best mold concept.
- Throughly commnicate with customer on mold making concept, to guarantee the final solution could mee injection machines well, and final customer’s production conditions.
- Stictly mold design self-check on details before maufacturing release.
Mold Manufacturing
- Our philosophy on mold building is making good quality molds at the first time, never compromise by correction/modification.
- Once customer’s requirement is confirmed, we will try best to make sure the molded samples could meet customer’s expectation to 96% at T1 mold trial, thus we call it a successful project. If getting an ok samples by modification, maybe it will be ok in dimension, but will not be perfect, especially when it comes to part parting lines.
Quality Control
- Strict QC Insepection will be implemented on mold steel hardness check when original steel and heat-treatment steel be back to factory, this include A/B plate, core & cavity, slider, lifter etc
- Mold steel certiciation from brand steel(Grodizt, Finkle) will be provided for each mold.
- Records for all inspection data will be provided along with mold shipping
